We accept referrals from doctors, hospitals, therapists, nurses, schools, courts, community agencies as well as families.

Cornerstone also offers an income based and family size sliding-fee payment scale.
​This is available to all clients needing behavioral health services. Cornerstone will not deny services to anyone based on their ability to pay.
